Recruitment is done by invite-only since we are very selective about who we allow to join.  If you're interested, read on.

1. Xbox Series X/S only.

2. Must be 21 years or older.

3. Must have a decent Headset/Microphone.

We use Xbox Party Chat. Using a decent headset and mic cuts down on the background noise in Chat. Make sure your Xbox sound output is set to headset only to help prevent echo. 

4. You will need a Rockstar Social Club Account.

Sign up to Rockstar Social Club in order to join a Crew and/or wear the Crew Logo.

Before becoming a full Crew Member you’ll enter a Trial Period. This will give you some time to see if you’re still interested in joining after playing with the Crew for a while and will also give the Leader the time to see if you are a good fit for the Crew. There is no set time for the Trial Period and the Leader will let you know if/when you are ready.

You are not expected to know everything about the game but a good understanding of the basic features (Interaction Menu, Weapon Wheel, Phone, etc...) is very important.

If you are a relatively new Player to GTAO and are unfamiliar with how businesses or heists work, no problem, we can help/walk you through it and help get you started. 

We help New Recruits with their heist setups and businesses but it goes a long way with us if you show initiative and do what you can on your own. We don’t always rely on each other for help if we can easily do something ourselves.
